(Baonghean) - In recent years, the Quynh Luu District Party Committee has issued directive documents, assigning specialists to inspect and urge the purchase and use of party newspapers according to Directive 11 of the Politburo and Directive 03 of the Provincial Party Committee. However, up to this point, some units have not fully purchased newspapers such as the communes of Quynh My, Quynh Thien, Quynh Vinh, the District Police Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development... Notably, the Education sector is currently managed by the Quynh Luu Education Department, which manages 140 schools, including 44 kindergartens, 52 primary schools, 38 secondary schools and 4 junior high schools. However, in April 2013, only 94 schools ordered newspapers, in May 2013 there were 91 schools and by June there were only 62 schools ordering newspapers at the District Post Office.

At the working session with Nghe An Newspaper, comrade Le Thanh Nhan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee concluded: Assign the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department to issue an official dispatch, emphasizing 3 issues: The purchase and use of party newspapers is not fully due to the awareness of the leading Party Committee, especially the education sector, the Quynh Luu Department of Education and Training must have an official dispatch requesting the principals of schools under the department to allocate funds to buy party newspapers for the whole year; Require the positions: secretary, chairman, reporter, secretary of the Youth Union, the front, and organizations from the district to the grassroots level to have party newspapers; Require units to have plans and encourage effective use. Assign the Propaganda Department to review reports, promptly urge and remind regularly and the Postal Service needs to improve the quality of delivery.
