(Baonghean) - Over the years, the Quynh Luu District Party Committee has issued directives and assigned specialists to inspect and supervise the implementation of purchasing and using Party newspapers according to Directive 11 of the Politburo and Directive 03 of the Provincial Party Committee. However, to date, some units have not fully subscribed, such as the communes of Quynh My, Quynh Thien, Quynh Vinh, the District Police Party Committee, the Agricultural Bank - Rural Development Party Committee, etc. Of particular note is the Education sector. Currently, the Quynh Luu Education Department manages 140 schools, including 44 kindergartens, 52 primary schools, 38 secondary schools, and 4 general education schools. However, in April 2013, only 94 schools subscribed, in May 2013, only 91 schools, and by June, only 62 schools had subscribed at the District Post Office.
At the meeting with Nghe An Newspaper, Comrade Le Thanh Nhan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee - concluded: He instructed the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department to issue a document emphasizing three issues: Firstly, the insufficient purchase and use of Party newspapers is due to a lack of awareness among leading Party committees, especially in the education sector. The Quynh Luu District Education and Training Department must issue a document requiring principals of schools under its jurisdiction to allocate funds for purchasing Party newspapers for the entire year; secondly, all positions such as secretaries, chairmen, speakers, secretaries of the Youth Union, the Fatherland Front, and other mass organizations from the district to the grassroots level must have access to Party newspapers; and thirdly, units must have plans and encourage effective use. He also instructed the Propaganda Department to review reports, promptly urge and remind relevant parties regularly, and the Post Office needs to improve the quality of delivery services.
