International public opinion strongly condemns the Boston bombing

Leaders of the European Union (EU) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) have unanimously condemned the above barbaric bombing.
In a statement, EU President Herman Rompuy expressed his deep sorrow for the deaths of innocent people and the tragic consequences.

Meanwhile, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen was also "shocked" and "expressed his sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims."
