North and South Korea continue to hold the second round of high-level talks.
According to Yonhap News Agency on February 13, citing South Korean government sources, the two Koreas will hold a second round of high-level talks on February 14, in an effort to break the deadlock in inter-Korean relations.

Reports indicate that negotiations will continue between the vice-ministerial-level delegations that participated in the February 12th round of talks at the Panmunjom truce village.
The statement was issued just one day after the two Koreas concluded their first high-level talks in seven years without achieving any concrete progress.
