North and South Korea continue to hold second round of high-level talks
Yonhap news agency on February 13 quoted a South Korean government source as saying that the two Koreas will continue to hold a second round of high-level talks on February 14, in an effort to break the deadlock in bilateral relations.

Talks will continue between vice-ministerial-level delegations that participated in the February 12 round of talks at the truce village of Panmunjom, the report said.
The statement was made just one day after the two Koreas ended their first round of high-level talks in seven years without achieving any concrete progress./.
