Project to renovate area B - Quang Trung Apartment, according to the request of the Provincial People's Committee, from the 4th quarter of 2014 to the 1st quarter of 2015 must complete investment preparation procedures. And at the end of 2015, early 2016, phase 1 investment includes: construction of resettlement buildings, mixed-use areas and technical infrastructure systems. Thus, from now until March 2015, it is necessary to complete the site clearance of 3 apartment buildings B2, B3, B5 with more than 240 households, 964 people. In addition, the site clearance of 80 business kiosks, 3 cultural houses and some other technical works must be completed.
