Specifically: the vehicle without license plate owned by Le Van Hai, born in 1982, hometown of Hai Ha commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province, used electric shock to catch aquatic products; The vehicle with license plate TH 91050 TS owned by Nguyen Van Dung, hometown of Hai Thanh commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa, stored and used explosives to catch aquatic products. The seized evidence included 20 grams of TNT explosive, 10 detonators, and 2 pieces of slow-burning wire.

Based on the level of violation, Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station decided to administratively fine the two vehicle owners, a total of 15,500,000 VND, pay to the state budget and confiscate the violated objects.
