Honda does not change individually but goes through a series of products each year. It is very clear that the rear light cluster of the previous Vision is similar to the PCX. In early 2014, the PCX changed the light design, and now the new Vision also follows in this footsteps. The two turn signals are attached to the rear light, creating a solid block like a sports car.
In addition, the body of the car looks smoother from the side thanks to the lines extending from front to back instead of creating a slightly bulky block like the previous version. The car's fairing is narrowed horizontally, giving a neat feeling. Weight is reduced by 3 kg thanks to the new tube frame.
The front turn signals are sharp. At first glance, even the new Vision defines a sporty style like the Luvias, of course there is still something neutral, not completely unconventional like the Yamaha model. Looking at the side of the body, the Vision looks like a small SH, especially from the front of the saddle tilted back, of course the size is much smaller than the SH.
Besides the design changes, the new Vision engine is the second notable point that the Japanese car company has high expectations for. For the first time, eSP technology is applied to a 110cc engine, which is only used for 125cc vehicles such as SH, SH Mode or Air Blade.
Specifically, the 110cc single-cylinder engine is air-cooled, electronic fuel injection, compression ratio 9.5:1. Capacity 8.9 horsepower at 7,500 rpm, maximum torque 9.27 Nm at 5,500 rpm.
Meanwhile, the previous version of Vision also has a compression ratio of 9.5:1 but the maximum power and torque are lower, achieved at a later rpm. Specifically, 8.5 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and 8.9 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm. Will the slight upgrades in engine power and eSP technology make the new Vision transform in operation?
The compact body and new seat height of 750 mm, 10 mm lower than the old version, make it easier for the driver to control, especially for female customers with modest height. Along with the appearance of the eSP engine is Idling Stop technology, which automatically turns off the engine when the vehicle stops for more than 3 seconds, and gently turns the throttle to start again.
Therefore, the instrument cluster is redesigned to be more balanced, adding an Idling Stop light (letter A). For those who are familiar with the old Vision, this seems to be a new feature that is only seen from the Air Blade segment and above, not used for popular models like Vision.
The engine on the old Vision was not highly rated for its performance, and in this version, although replaced by an eSP engine, the scooter is not much more powerful. The main improvement is in engine rpm and high speed. Perhaps fuel consumption is what Honda is concerned about, according to this company, Vision is the most economical model in the segment.

Smooth is the most general thing about the performance. At low speed range from the start, the car slowly moves forward, even when twisting the throttle at full speed. It seems contrary to the new sporty appearance, the Vision engine is more suitable for a gentle girl than a personality.
But when it comes to speed and momentum, the car performs much better in terms of acceleration and sudden deceleration. The combi brake system is suitable for city driving. On the contrary, the small 80mm front and 90mm rear tires and short wheelbase make the Vision suitable for people who like to drive leisurely.
In return for its moderate performance, Vision meets the convenience criteria well. The spacious footrest makes it easier to sit and hang things on the front hook, the storage compartment can hold a full-face helmet or two half-face helmets along with some other personal items. The electric kickstand is safe as the engine can only be started when the kickstand is fully lowered, the new lock has an integrated trunk opening button.
The new Honda Vision includes two versions: Elegant and Fashion, priced at 30 million VND.
Launched in 2011 to replace Click, Vision and Lead currently bring the second highest sales for Honda after Air Blade. Up to now, Vision's cumulative sales are more than 557,000 vehicles, a direct competitor of Yamaha Nozza.
