Cua Lo Police Station: Arresting a group of armed robbers

Subjects and exhibits seized at the investigation agency

On the morning of January 26, 2015, Cua Lo Town Police received a report: Mr. Hoang Mai Phuong - a security guard of the Vietnam Television Training Center in Cua Lo Town was robbed by a group of people using weapons on Nguyen Sinh Cung Street (Nghi Huong Ward, Cua Lo Town). After 5 days of investigation, on January 31, 2015, Cua Lo Town Police arrested the group of people involved in the robbery, including: Nguyen Tuan Anh (born in 1999), residing in Hamlet 15, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City; Phan Van Linh (born in 1991), Nguyen Thai Hoang (born in 1996), both residing in Xuan Huong Hamlet, Nghi Duc Commune, Vinh City. The weapons used by the people to commit the crime were a set of batons and a pipe.

It is known that the two subjects, Nguyen Tuan Anh and Phan Van Linh, had previous convictions for robbery with over 4 years of re-education in prison./.
