(Baonghean.vn)On the morning of October 23, the Party Committee of the provincial business sector held a conference to disseminate and guide the implementation of Directive No. 36-CT/TƯ of the Politburo and other documents from the Central and provincial authorities regarding Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 12th National Congress of the Party.

Overview of the conference

The delegates were briefed on Directive No. 36-CT/TU dated May 30, 2014, of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels leading up to the 12th National Congress of the Party; Guidance No. 26 of the Central Organization Committee on personnel work for party committees at party congresses at all levels; and the implementation of Circular No. 11 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee "on Party Congresses at all levels" and Plan No. 73 on grassroots-level congresses and Party Congresses of the Enterprise Bloc for the 2015-2020 term.

The Party Committee of the Nghe An business sector has approximately 5,000 party members currently active in 137 grassroots party organizations. According to the plan of the Party Committee of the sector, the congresses of party branches and subordinate party committees under the grassroots party committees will be completed in February 2015; the congresses of party members or delegates of grassroots party committees and branches will begin in April 2015 and be completed in June 2015, with grassroots party branches completing their congresses in April 2015; the congresses of grassroots party committees selected as pilot sites will be held in March 2015; and the Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the sector will be held in August 2015.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc requests that subordinate Party organizations thoroughly understand Directive 36-CT/TW of the Politburo, the Circular of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the plan of the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc; develop implementation plans to ensure compliance with the requirements; effectively lead the preparation and organization of Party congresses at the unit level; and at the same time, promote the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (11th term) on Party building and the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example; and effectively carry out ideological work, launch emulation movements in production and business, and achieve accomplishments to celebrate Party congresses at all levels in conjunction with commemorating major holidays in 2015.

* Also on the morning of October 23rd, the Thanh Chuong District Party Committee organized a briefing on Directive 36-CT/TU of the Politburo; Circular 11-TT-TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; and Circular 20-TT-HU of the District Party Standing Committee for members of the District Party Committee, members of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and all key cadres at the district and grassroots levels to guide the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term.

Overview of the conference

The timeline for the Party Congresses at all levels in Thanh Chuong district is as follows: Party branches directly under the grassroots Party committees must complete their congresses before March 15, 2015; grassroots Party committee and branch congresses must complete their congresses before June 15, 2015. The District Party Committee Congress is scheduled to take place from August 15 to 30, 2015.

* On October 23, the Party Committee of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police of Nghe An province organized a briefing on Directive 36 of the Politburo and guiding documents from higher-level Party Committees for key officials throughout the Party organization.

Delegates attending the Conference were briefed on Directive 36 of the Politburo; Circular No. 01 of the Central Party Committee of Public Security; Circular No. 11 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and other guiding documents on the implementation of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term; and the implementation plan of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fire and Rescue Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels within the Nghe An Provincial Fire and Rescue Police force for the 2015-2020 term.

Overview of the conference

Based on that, the aim is to widely disseminate information, create high unity in will and action, and effectively organize implementation throughout the entire fire prevention and fighting force of Nghe An province.
