(Baonghean.vn)-On the morning of October 23, the Provincial Business Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and guide the implementation of Directive No. 36-CT/TU of the Politburo and documents of the Central and the province on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 12th National Congress of the Party.

Delegates were informed of Directive No. 36-CT/TU dated May 30, 2014 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Congress of the Party; Instruction No. 26 of the Central Organizing Committee on Party Committee personnel work at Party Congresses at all levels; deployed Circular No. 11 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee "on Party Congresses at all levels" and Plan No. 73 on grassroots-level Congresses and Party Congresses of the Enterprise Sector for the 2015-2020 term.

The Nghe An business sector Party Committee has about 5,000 party members currently operating in 137 grassroots party organizations. According to the plan of the Party Committee of the block, the congresses of party cells and party committees of units directly under the grassroots party committees will be completed in February 2015; the congresses of party members or congresses of party committees and grassroots party cells will start from April 2015 and be completed in June 2015, with grassroots party cells completing their congresses in April 2015; the grassroots party committees selected for model congresses will be held in March 2015; the congresses of party committee delegates of the block will be held in August 2015.
