(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 19th, Trung Do Secondary School (Vinh City) held a ceremony to receive the national standard title. Attending the ceremony were Comrade Vo Viet Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee, along with representatives of the local government, and generations of teachers and students of the school from different periods.

Since its establishment, Trung Do Junior High School has achieved many proud titles and accomplishments. In the 1979-1980 school year, the school was recognized as having the best moral education movement for students, and the school's "Blue Bird" Youth Team was commended by the Ministry of Public Security. From 1998 to 2000, the school achieved the title of advanced school at the provincial and city levels. In 2002, the school was recognized as a "Cultural Unit" by the Vinh City People's Committee. In the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years, the school received a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee for outstanding performance; the school's Trade Union received a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Federation of Labor for outstanding achievements.

Receiving the title of National Standard School, the entire staff, teachers, students, and parents in Trung Do and neighboring wards are truly delighted. This is an important motivation for the school's future endeavors.
