Mr. Lam Huu Chinh was one of the 13 victims who died in the scaffolding collapse at the Formosa Ha Tinh construction site. Upon receiving the news of Mr. Chinh's death, his family, wife, children, and relatives were deeply saddened.

Mr. Lam Huu Chien (1981), Mr. Chinh's younger brother, shared: "On the evening of March 25th, Mr. Chinh's colleagues called the family to inform us that Mr. Chinh had passed away in the scaffolding collapse."
As soon as he received the news of Mr. Chinh's death, Mr. Chien and his relatives immediately took a bus to Ha Tinh.
It is known that Mr. Lam Huu Chinh's family is currently caring for his 75-year-old mother. His wife, Ms. Kieu (born in 1979), and he currently have two young children; the eldest is in first grade, and the youngest is only 3 years old.

Mr. Chinh has worked for two years at the Formosa Ha Tinh construction site, earning about 10 million VND per month. He sends that money home to his wife to support his elderly mother and young children.
The family of Mr. Lam Huu Chinh also added: "Currently, the company responsible for the incident has provided immediate support to the victims' families with 30 million VND. The families are responsible for arranging transportation, funerals, and other related matters."
Currently, the victim, Chính, is being prepared by his family for burial according to local customs.
