According to the reporter's records at Vinh Stadium's A grandstand area, there were many ticket groups with bundles of tickets for all the stands in hand, openly selling them. At 9am, each pair of tickets for A grandstand was priced up to 500,000 VND/pair by the ticket groupers, while the price for B grandstand in the gate 8 area was also set at 300,000 VND/pair. And this ticket price may increase in the coming hours when the number of ticket groups who have "sold" the goods is very large. Meanwhile, the listed price announced by the Organizing Committee in B grandstand area is only 30,000 VND/ticket; stands C, D are only 10,000 VND/ticket. In particular, each ticket for A grandstand is 60,000 VND.

Before that, from early morning, there were thousands of fans waiting to gather at the ticket sales area of the club with a long queue stretching for kilometers. At the headquarters of SLNA Club on Dao Tan Street, it was not much different when hundreds of fans surrounded the company's departments with the purpose of buying tickets via official dispatch.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Ho Van Chiem said: "The agency's plan is to only distribute purchased tickets via official dispatch on the morning of April 11. By 3:00 p.m. on April 11, all types of tickets will be sold directly to the people at all gates. People can line up to buy tickets directly."
Explaining why many tickets were sold before the Organizing Committee, Mr. Chiem said: “In the Club's ticket sales plan, there are tickets sold via official dispatch and direct sales. We have reviewed the official dispatch and approved the quantity for the units. The units that buy tickets via official dispatch are mainly departments and agencies, but when they receive the tickets, who they give them to and what they do, we cannot manage them. Therefore, if the ticket brokers get the tickets, it is normal. The Organizing Committee always has tickets for the audience to line up to buy directly. Of course, Vinh Stadium will not be able to meet the demand for this match, so there will be a phenomenon of tickets being pushed up in price.”
