According to reporters at Vinh Stadium's Stand A, numerous ticket touts were openly selling tickets for all stands. At 9 AM, touts were quoting prices as high as 500,000 VND per pair for Stand A tickets, while Stand B tickets near Gate 8 were being sold for 300,000 VND per pair. These prices are likely to increase further in the coming hours as a large number of touts have acquired their tickets. Meanwhile, the official prices announced by the organizers are only 30,000 VND per ticket for Stand B, 10,000 VND per ticket for Stands C and D, and 60,000 VND per ticket for Stand A.

Earlier that morning, thousands of fans had gathered at the club's ticket sales area, forming long queues stretching for kilometers. Inside the SLNA club headquarters on Dao Tan Street, the situation was similar, with hundreds of fans surrounding the company's offices, attempting to purchase tickets through official channels.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Ho Van Chiem said: “The agency's plan is to only distribute tickets purchased through official channels on the morning of April 11th. Then, by 3 PM on April 11th, we will start selling tickets directly to the public at all gates. People can queue to buy tickets in person.”
Explaining the large number of tickets sold before the match, Mr. Chiêm said: “The club’s ticket sales plan includes both official and direct sales. We have reviewed the official documents and approved the number of tickets for each unit. The units that buy tickets through official documents are mainly government agencies, but we cannot control who they give the tickets to or what they do with them after receiving them. Therefore, it’s common for ticket scalpers to get tickets. The organizing committee always has tickets reserved for spectators who queue to buy directly. Of course, the Vinh stadium won’t be able to meet the demand for this match, so there will be a phenomenon of inflated ticket prices.”
