Speaking at the ceremony, the head of the detention center emphasized: Reducing the prison sentences for inmates who have shown good behavior demonstrates the leniency policy of the Party and the State towards those who have erred, creating opportunities for inmates to reintegrate into the community, live useful lives for their families and society, and also serving as a foundation for other inmates to strive for good behavior through labor and rehabilitation.
