Speaking at the ceremony, the leader of the Detention Center emphasized: Reducing the prison term for prisoners with good behavior demonstrates the leniency policy of the Party and State towards those who make mistakes, creating opportunities for prisoners to quickly reintegrate into the community, live a useful life for their families and society, and is also a premise for other prisoners to strive to reform well.
