According to witnesses: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha (born in 1962, residing in Chau Hung block, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37F5-3299, going in the direction of Hung Nguyen - Ben Thuy 2 bridge, turning onto the road to return to Vinh Tan ward when he was suddenly hit head-on by a truck with license plate 36C - 08.130. The collision left Mr. Ha seriously injured and he was taken to the emergency room by the people immediately after.
