According to witnesses, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha (born in 1962, residing in Chau Hung Hamlet, Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37F5-3299, heading from Hung Nguyen towards Ben Thuy 2 Bridge and turning onto the road to return to Vinh Tan Ward when he was suddenly hit head-on by a truck with license plate 36C-08.130. The collision caused Mr. Ha serious injuries, and he was immediately taken to the hospital by local residents.
