At 10:40 a.m. on June 23, on the Vinh City bypass road, passing through Hamlet 4, Hung Thinh Commune, a traffic accident occurred between a motorbike and a truck going in the opposite direction.

According to witnesses: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha (born in 1962, residing in Chau Hung block, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city) was driving a motorbike with license plate 37F5-3299, going from Hung Nguyen to Ben Thuy 2 bridge, turning onto the road to Vinh Tan ward when he was suddenly hit head-on by a truck with license plate 36C - 08.130. The collision left Mr. Ha seriously injured and he was taken to the emergency room by local people immediately afterwards.
