In particular, heavy and continuous rain on the evening of September 16th and the morning of September 17th caused flooding in many rice paddies, crops, and transportation routes.

In the town area, many sections are flooded to a depth of 40-50 cm. Prolonged heavy rain has caused water levels in lakes and dams, especially in areas used for third-season fish farming and ponds, to rise significantly.

In Do Luong alone, rainfall in the past three days reached 200mm. The prolonged heavy rain has affected the harvesting of the summer-autumn rice crop and the winter crop production of the people in Do Luong.
