The play "3 in 1": Funny yet profound
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of September 20, at Nghe An University of Economics and Technology, the Vietnam Drama Theater performed the play "3 in 1". This is a program within the framework of cooperation between the Vietnam Drama Theater and the US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief under the US Diplomatic Mission in Vietnam in response to World AIDS Day (December 1). Many teachers and students of the school came to watch.
The play “3 in 1” tells the story of 3 people, 3 different lives but with the same fate: they are 3 groups of people at high risk of HIV/AIDS infection. Dung – a young homosexual man who had to leave home because his family did not accept him. Hoa works as a prostitute to earn money to support her elderly mother and young children in the countryside. Cong – a long-time drug user whose family is on the verge of collapse.

Family, for many people, is a place of happiness.... But for many people, family is sometimes a pressure that they cannot easily face. "3 in 1" wants to send a simple and plain message: Love, tolerance and sharing from loved ones are always the motivation for those who have made mistakes to have the opportunity to live, to have the strength to rise up like lost birds, when facing storms, they still return to the most peaceful place in life...
