At 2:00 AM on September 9th, in room 214 of the Thanh Xuan Hotel, Quang Tien Ward, Thai Hoa Town, the Quang Tien Ward police caught a group gambling using the "three cards" game. The suspects included Pham Quoc Anh (born 1983), residing in Le Loi Hamlet, Quang Tien Ward, Thai Hoa Town; Nguyen Kim Quynh (born 1985), residing in Yen Long Hamlet, Thanh Yen Commune, Thanh Chuong District; Cao Van Tuan (born 1988), residing in Tan Hoa Hamlet, Nghia Dan Town, Nghia Dan District; and Nguyen Van Hai (born 1975), residing in Block 1, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City.

Authorities seized 10,120,000 VND and 3 mobile phones at the scene. The Thai Hoa town police are currently finalizing the case file to prosecute the suspects according to the law.
