The subjects include Pham Quoc Anh (born in 1983), residing in Le Loi block, Quang Tien Ward, Thai Hoa Town; Nguyen Kim Quynh (born in 1985), residing in Yen Long hamlet, Thanh Yen commune, Thanh Chuong district; Cao Van Tuan (born in 1988), residing in Tan Hoa block, Nghia Dan town, Nghia Dan district and Nguyen Van Hai (born in 1975), block 1, Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city.

At the scene, the police seized 10,120,000 VND and 3 mobile phones. Thai Hoa town police are currently completing the documents to handle the subjects according to the law./.
