The Government's Report focuses on assessing the socio-economic situation in the first 9 months of the year, forecasting the possibility of implementing the 2015 socio-economic development plan and the 2016 socio-economic development plan.

However, in addition to the achieved results, the socio-economic situation still faces many difficulties and challenges, requiring all levels and sectors to make efforts to overcome difficulties, firmly pursue the goal of stabilizing the macro-economy, improve policy response capacity to proactively respond, exploit favorable aspects, strive and exceed targets.

At the press conference announcing the agenda of the 10th session taking place on October 19, Head of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Hanh Phuc said that the National Assembly will spend 19 days discussing, considering and passing 18 laws, 16 resolutions and giving opinions on 8 draft laws.

In order to continue implementing and institutionalizing the 2013 Constitution, at this session the National Assembly focused on reviewing and approving important draft laws in the judicial field such as investigation, prosecution, supervision, trial, and execution of sentences...

At the same time, the National Assembly will spend time discussing and giving opinions on many laws related to human rights and civil rights in accordance with the spirit of the 2013 Constitution to perfect the rule of law state of the people, by the people, for the people.
