Que Phong: Over 1,000 children in special difficulty

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 25, Que Phong district held a conference to deploy the investigation, review and collection of information on children. The focus was on children in special circumstances and at risk of falling into special circumstances.

The conference was guided by the staff of the district's Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the process of reviewing children in special circumstances in 2016 with the following contents: Instructions on investigation procedures, how to identify children in special circumstances and at risk of falling into special circumstances as well as the survey process to classify the above subjects.

Policy officers and collaborators in villages are instructed on how to make lists, record "child statistics", summarize reports on survey forms for children in special circumstances in their units, as well as how to use and update child management software.
