(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 25th, Que Phong district held a conference to implement the work of investigating, reviewing, and collecting information on children. The focus was on children in special circumstances and those at risk of falling into special circumstances.

The conference was guided by officials from the District Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the process of reviewing children in special circumstances in 2016, with the following contents: guidance on investigation techniques, how to identify children in special circumstances and at risk of falling into special circumstances, as well as the process of surveying and classifying these children.

Policy officers and collaborators in villages were instructed on how to compile lists, record "statistical data on children," summarize reports on the survey form for children in special circumstances in their unit, and how to use and update the child management software.
