According to Dang Hoa Nam, Director of the Department of Child Protection and Care and Head of the competition organizing committee, the competition aims to provide children with a beneficial playground, fostering their creativity, presentation skills, and public speaking abilities. The competition is open to children aged 7-16 and adults aged 16-18 living and studying in Vietnam. The competition focuses on raising awareness of children's rights, evaluating the implementation of children's rights in the family, school, community, and society, and what children can do to better ensure the realization of children's rights.
