Previously, on January 25, 2016, Vinh City piloted one-way traffic flow on Dinh Cong Trang and Ngu Hai streets. These are two streets that often experience traffic congestion during rush hours, especially on Dinh Cong Trang Street during the time when three schools in Le Mao Ward, Vinh City, close.
After a month of piloting one-way traffic, traffic conditions on these routes during rush hours have improved, and vehicles are moving much more smoothly than before; most traffic controllers know about one-way traffic regulations and drive their vehicles in accordance with regulations.

Although it was school dismissal time, Dinh Cong Trang street was clear, no traffic jam, and vehicles moved more easily when applying one-way traffic. |
However, there are still cases of drivers violating the law on these routes. “There are cases of intentional violations and when encountering the authorities, they turned around and ran away. In the coming time, the Vinh City Traffic Police will increase patrols to thoroughly and strictly handle cases of intentional violations,” said Major Nguyen Duy Ha.
