(Baonghean.vn) – To celebrate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2016), and to congratulate the success of the 12th National Party Congress, on the evening of February 3, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized an art night with the theme “Soviet Flame”.
Attending the art night were leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Provincial Border Guard Command, departments and offices of the province and a large number of people of the province.

The art program consists of 2 parts: part 1 is called "Xo Viet Nghe Tinh - immortal epic" including heroic performances recreating the climax revolutionary atmosphere of the Soviet people in the years 1930-1931; part 2 is called "Spring on Hong Lam land" including songs celebrating the Party, celebrating spring, celebrating the homeland and the renewed country.
The program is performed by artists from the Center for Conservation and Promotion of Nghe An Folk Heritage.
