(Baonghean.vn) – To commemorate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2016), and to celebrate the success of the 12th National Party Congress, on the evening of February 3, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized an art performance with the theme "The Soviet Flame".
Attending the art performance were leaders from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Provincial Border Guard Command, various departments and offices of the province, and a large number of people from the province.

The art program consists of two parts: Part 1, titled "Soviet Nghe Tinh - An Immortal Epic," includes heroic performances recreating the revolutionary atmosphere of the Soviet people in the years 1930-1931; Part 2, titled "Spring Comes to Hong Lam Land," includes songs celebrating the Party, the spring, and the renewal of the homeland and country.
The program features performances by artists from the Center for Preservation and Promotion of Nghe An Folk Song Heritage.
