In 2013, the Sunday People obtained classified FBI documents investigating Michael Jackson's alleged sexual abuse of at least 24 children over a 15-year period. The FBI files included thousands of pages of reports documenting accusations and evidence of Michael sexually abusing young boys starting in 1989. Accompanying the reports were audio recordings of phone calls.

Since 1993, there have been at least four major lawsuits against Michael Jackson, all related to child sexual abuse allegations. The first was Evan Chandler's lawsuit against Michael Jackson for allegedly sexually abusing his 13-year-old son, Jordan Chandler. The star did not face any charges but paid approximately $40 million out of court.

In the early 2000s, Michael Jackson was arrested on child abuse charges and posted $3 million bail. In 2004, Michael Jackson was acquitted.

In 2015, Wade Robson and James Safechuck—two self-proclaimed victims—pursued a similar lawsuit seeking substantial compensation from Michael Jackson's $1.5 billion estate. The Jackson Estate, the organization managing Michael Jackson's estate, accepted and handled the case on his behalf.

According to Wade and James's lawyers, Michael Jackson spent $200 million to silence more than 20 victims of his sexual abuse. This is the total amount Michael had to spend to settle a series of sexual abuse lawsuits from 1993 until his death.

Director Woody Allen

In 1992, Woody was brought to trial on charges of sexually assaulting his 7-year-old adopted daughter, Dylan Farrow. However, at the trial, Dylan was too frightened to speak up, and Woody was acquitted.

After years of suffering, Dylan Farrow first told her story in the New York Times in 2014. She was abused multiple times and suffered severe psychological trauma growing up.

Furthermore, Woody Allen also sexually harassed another adopted daughter, Soon Yi (when she was 18 years old). Soon Yi later became the famous director's wife.

Woody Allen has remained silent despite numerous allegations of scandalous personal life.

Singer R. Kelly

In 2002, an anonymous person submitted a video alleging that R. Kelly had sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl. After investigation, it was not confirmed whether the person in the video was R. Kelly, so he was acquitted. Additionally, a 17-year-old intern at Epic Records also accused R. Kelly of rape.

The R&B singer reportedly spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to retrieve incriminating evidence from the victim.

Director Bryan Singer

In 2014, director Bryan Singer was accused of sexually assaulting a 14- or 15-year-old boy in the late 1990s. The plaintiff was Michael Egan. According to the complaint, Michael claimed Bryan offered him alcohol and then sexually assaulted him after he refused. Michael Egan is seeking compensation from Bryan Singer for the psychological trauma he suffered.

Following this, a British actor also accused the X-Men director of raping him in a hotel room when he was 17 years old.

In both cases, Bryan Singer filed complaints and won because the allegations lacked substantiated evidence.
