Accordingly, the Quang Binh provincial forces followed and monitored the subject Tien for over 200km and when the subject received the consigned property, a bicycle, on a passenger car with Lao license plate number 9938, the detectives also caught him red-handed.

According to the initial confession of Nguyen Thanh Tien, the above white solid powder was all methamphetamine, weighing about 200 grams, transported by the subject from Laos through Cha Lo International Border Gate to Quang Binh for consumption.
