The drugs were hidden in shoes and bicycle parts such as handlebars and seat support tubes.
Accordingly, Quang Binh province's forces followed and monitored Tien for over 200km and when he received the consigned property, a bicycle, on a passenger car with Lao license plate number 9938, the detectives caught him red-handed.
According to the initial confession of Nguyen Thanh Tien, the above solid white powder was all crystal meth, weighing about 200 grams, transported by the subject from Laos through Cha Lo International Border Gate to Quang Binh for consumption.
