According to the plan to repair, renovate and upgrade Vinh Stadium approved by the Provincial People's Committee, the construction unit will carry out the main items including installing nearly 6,000 seats in stand B, doors A4 and A5, repairing functional rooms in stands A and B. The investment cost for this project is over 10 billion VND and is expected to be completed before July 31, 2016.

It is expected that 6,000 seats will be installed in the stands at Vinh Stadium this time.

Thus, in home matches against Saigon FC, Long An, Dong Thap, Hanoi T&T, Than Quang Ninh and S. Khanh Hoa BVN, stand B will continue to be closed and tickets will not be issued to ensure security and safety for spectators and construction units.

After completion, the capacity of Vinh Stadium's B stand will be significantly reduced. On the other hand, many fans are concerned that installing seats without a roof will not ensure the durability of the seats. During this time, the team has temporarily arranged the location of the SLNA Fan Club in the C and D stands, gate number 12.
