Opening of MitracoFood store in Vinh City

(Baonghean.vn) - On April 27, Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation (Mitraco) opened the MitracoFood safe food store at 82 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Doi Cung Ward (Vinh City). This is the first store in Vinh City and the 12th store of the MitracoFood system nationwide.

MitracoFood specializes in providing fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and processed products such as sausages, ham, fermented pork rolls, jampon... produced according to VietGAP and HACCP processes, ensuring absolute food hygiene and safety. All products sold at MitracoFood can be easily traced.

The group of vegetable and fruit products is provided by Thach Van High-tech Agricultural Zone with an area of ​​nearly 600 hectares, this is a pilot agricultural zone assigned by Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee to Mitraco since 2013, applying Israeli nursery and irrigation technology and using 100% organic fertilizer. The products are grown according to VietGAP process and are sampled and tested by Ha Tinh Department of Agriculture and Rural Development before reaching consumers.

Mitraco produces fresh meat products and processed products in a closed chain from breeding, feed production, care techniques to slaughtering and processing. Mitraco's slaughterhouse and livestock processing equipment and technology are imported synchronously from Spain, with an investment of more than 100 billion VND, ensuring a clean slaughtering and processing environment according to European standards. Currently, the factory's products are strictly controlled according to HACCP and ISO22000 procedures.

According to the plan, MitracoFood will continue to build 3 to 4 stores in Vinh City in 2016 to meet the demand for safe food for the people.
