MitracoFood store opens in Vinh City.

(Baonghean.vn) - On April 27th, Ha Tinh Mineral and Trade Corporation (Mitraco) inaugurated its MitracoFood safe food store at 82 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Doi Cung Ward (Vinh City). This is the first store in Vinh City and the 12th store in the MitracoFood system nationwide.

MitracoFood specializes in providing fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, and processed products such as sausages, ham, fermented pork rolls, and jambon, all produced according to VietGAP and HACCP standards, ensuring absolute food safety and hygiene. All products sold at MitracoFood are easily traceable.

Representatives of the Ha Tinh Mineral and Trade Corporation cut the ribbon to inaugurate the organic vegetable store.

The group of vegetable and fruit products is supplied by the Thach Van High-Tech Agricultural Zone, covering nearly 600 hectares. This is a pilot agricultural zone assigned by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province to Mitraco since 2013, applying Israeli seedling and irrigation technology and using 100% organic fertilizers. The products are cultivated according to VietGAP standards and are sampled and tested by the Ha Tinh Department of Agriculture and Rural Development before reaching consumers.

Many customers visited and shopped at the Mitraco organic vegetable store.

Mitraco's fresh meat and processed meat products are produced in a closed-loop chain, from breeding and feed production to care techniques, slaughtering, and processing. Mitraco's slaughterhouse and processing plant equipment and technology are imported from Spain, with an investment of over 100 billion VND, ensuring a clean slaughtering and processing environment according to European standards. Currently, the plant's products are strictly controlled according to HACCP and ISO22000 procedures.

According to the plan, MitracoFood will continue to build 3 to 4 stores in Vinh City in 2016 to meet the demand for safe food for the people.
