| In early October 2014, the Quy Hop District Policy Bank decided to lend Chau Cuong Commune Youth Union (Quy Hop District) 600 million VND to buy breeding cows from young people. |

| Immediately after that, Chau Cuong commune delegation established a cattle breeding club with 20 members, organized training courses on cattle breeding techniques, barn building and grass planting for cattle. |

| Chau Cuong commune delegation also proactively bought 4 sao of elephant grass seeds for 2 million VND to divide among the households that benefited from the project to plant. |
