When reaching the area of ​​hamlet 9, Quynh Van commune, Quynh Luu, it suddenly collided with a modified motorbike (old model 81) without a license plate, driven by a young man (identity unknown).

The collision caused all 3 people on the motorbike to fall to the ground. Ms. Ha was unconscious on the spot, with a head injury and was taken to Vinh City for emergency treatment. The young man driving the motorbike was convulsing and was taken to Hanoi for emergency treatment. Luckily, Ms. Hang only suffered minor injuries, while the two motorbikes were severely damaged.
