Quynh Luu: Motorbikes collide, 2 people in critical condition
(Baonghean.vn)-At 8:45 a.m. on July 17, a serious accident occurred on National Highway 1A, sending two people to the hospital in critical condition.
At the above time, Ms. Dau Thi Hang (42 years old), residing in Hamlet 10, Quynh Van Commune, Quynh Luu, was driving a motorbike with license plate 37L1 - 43071 carrying her biological daughter, Ms. Ho Thi Ha (born in 1990), on National Highway 1A in the direction of Vinh - Hanoi.
When reaching the area of hamlet 9, Quynh Van commune, Quynh Luu, it suddenly collided with a modified motorbike (old model 81) without a license plate, driven by a young man (identity unknown).

The collision caused all 3 people on the motorbike to fall to the ground. Ms. Ha was unconscious on the spot, with a head injury and was taken to Vinh City for emergency treatment. The young man driving the motorbike was convulsing and was taken to Hanoi for emergency treatment. Luckily, Ms. Hang only suffered minor injuries, while the two motorbikes were severely damaged.
Immediately after the incident, the functional forces of Quynh Van commune in coordination with Quynh Luu district police were present, protecting the scene, regulating traffic and investigating the cause of the accident.
