During the period from June 22 to July 7, 50 young people in Ngoc Son commune will be directly instructed on the basics of swimming by commune Youth Union officials, branch secretaries, members and teachers in the local volunteer team; at the same time, combining popularization of swimming and diving movements with educating children on knowledge and skills on drowning prevention and control; first aid in cases of drowning accidents.
