From June 22nd to July 7th, 50 young people in Ngoc Son commune will receive direct instruction in basic swimming techniques from commune Youth Union officials, branch secretaries, Youth Union members, and teachers from the local volunteer team. This will be combined with teaching swimming and diving techniques with educating them on drowning prevention, first aid, and emergency care in case of drowning accidents.
