From June 22 to July 7, 50 children in Ngoc Son commune will be directly instructed on basic swimming skills by commune Youth Union officials, branch secretaries, members and teachers in the local volunteer team; at the same time, combining popularization of swimming and diving movements with educating children on knowledge and skills in drowning prevention and control; first aid in cases of drowning accidents.
