(Baonghean.vn) - When running away from Mrs. Th.'s house, Q. accidentally met Mrs. Thuy (who spoke with a Nghe An accent), the owner of a roadside restaurant. Q. asked to stay and wash dishes for two days at the restaurant, then Mrs. Thuy found a way for him to return to Vietnam.

Not far from Con Cuong town, in a Thai village, is the home of Lo Thi Q. (21 years old), one of those who have just escaped from a human trafficking ring in a foreign land. Looking at the shabby, dilapidated house, we cannot help but feel sorry.

Just because he wanted money to support his sick mother, Q almost fell into the hands of human traffickers. After returning home after escaping, he told the sad story from the "devil's cave".

Căn nhà của 2 mẹ con Q nghèo nàn, lụp xụp.
The house of mother and son Q is poor and dilapidated.

Previously, Q. and her mother lived with her uncle, but when Q. grew up and could take care of his mother, he built a house next door for them to take care of.

Every day, Q. washes dishes and serves food for a restaurant in Con Cuong town. A month, he earns more than two million to cover his daily expenses. When Q.'s mother falls ill, the family is poor, and life becomes even more difficult.

The story began on the 28th of Tet, Q. and her mother went to visit relatives in Tong Chai village, Chi Khe commune, Con Cuong district. At that time, Q. and her mother met Mrs. M. When she saw that Q. was a girl with pure beauty, white skin, a tall and healthy figure, a gentle and pretty face, with long black hair, the beauty of a Thai girl, Mrs. M. invited Q. to work as a receptionist for a restaurant in Hai Phong with a high salary. Because there were only two of them at home, Q. did not want to be far from her mother, and had never been far from home before, so she shook her head and remained silent.

After Tet, Mrs. M came to Q. and her son again with the promise to take care of the travel expenses, food, accommodation and workplace with double the salary. Hearing that, Q. agreed. On February 16, 2016, Mrs. M. sent a car to pick Q. Accompanying Mrs. M. were Mr. C. and Ms. V. (Mrs. M.'s son and niece, both from Dinh village, Chi Khe commune, who have been working in China for more than three years) and the driver.

When arriving in Quang Ninh, Mrs. M. immediately got out of the car and hid somewhere unknown. The car carrying Q. continued to a river wharf, where a boat was waiting to take Q. and everyone else across the river. Afterwards, Q. was taken by a fat woman to Mrs. Th.'s house (Mrs. M's younger sister).

Q. and V. were put in a room with 30 people, each with a worried expression, waiting for something to happen to them. Looking out into the room, Q. heard strangers discussing the price of a transaction in which he was mentioned. Q. felt unsafe and was really scared.

Q. did not know where he was, so he asked V (Mrs. M's niece who had been working in China for about three years), V. said she had arrived in China. At that time, Q.'s face turned purple, he was scared, trembling and thinking about being sold, being treated cruelly and having no way to return to his mother. Q. begged V to show him a way to escape. V opened the back door for Q. to escape.

When running away from Mrs. Th.'s house, Q accidentally met Mrs. Thuy (who spoke Nghe An accent), the owner of a roadside restaurant. Q asked to stay and wash dishes for two days at the restaurant, then Mrs. Thuy found a way for him to return to Vietnam.

Q. chua xót, buồn tủi kể về quá trình trốn chạy khỏi động buôn bán người.
Q. bitterly and sadly tells about the process of escaping from a human trafficking den.

After a week of trying to get home with his family's worries, Q. was really scared. Mrs. M and her son did not care about how Q. escaped, whether he had returned home safely or not. The family could not contact these two people, did not know where they were or what they were doing.

Ms. M's behavior and attitude showed disregard for human life and irresponsibility for her actions. Outraged by the incident, Q's family reported it to the Con Cuong District Police. Afterwards, Mr. X., Ms. M's husband, came to visit, encourage, and apologize to her and her family. Because they were close relatives, Q's family stopped suing Ms. M and her son before the law.

It happened 4 months ago, I met Q. while she was at work, her face always showed a quiet sadness, afraid of the temptations of life.

She said hesitantly: "I dare not think about being away from home, away from my mother, away from my uncle anymore. What happened was like a nightmare. If at that time V. had not helped me, if Mrs. Thuy had not helped me get home, I would have become a slave in a foreign land..."
