Killer held wife's body in motel for two days

Jealous of his wife's strange text messages, a husband in Long An strangled her to death, then hid her body for two days and fled to an abandoned hut.

On September 19, Long An Provincial Police detained Vo Tuan Anh (22 years old, from Long An) to investigate the act of murder.

He confessed that on the night of September 13, he took his wife Cao Hanh Tien (19 years old) to rent a room in Ben Luc town. The next morning, he discovered that Ms. Tien's phone had strange text messages, so he got jealous, argued, and then strangled his wife to death.

He continued to hold his wife's body in the motel room for two days, until September 16 when he left the motel and hid in an abandoned hut 2 km from the scene.

The motel owner then discovered a foul odor in the room, so he checked and discovered the incident. Following the initial registration papers, the police arrested Anh after a day of hiding.
