Suspect identified in murder, dismemberment, and stuffing of body parts into sacks.
The head of the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) said that investigators have identified the suspect who murdered someone in Cao Bang, dismembered the body, and stuffed the remains into sacks.
On the evening of September 19th, Major General Ho Sy Tien, Director of the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security), announced that authorities had found the missing body part of the deceased man discovered three days earlier.

According to Cao Bang newspaper, at noon on September 16th, Be Ich Hung (29 years old, residing in Ban Co, Trieu Au commune, Phuc Hoa district, Cao Bang province) went fishing in the river. When he did not return home late, his family went searching for him.
At 9 PM that same day, residents found two sacks by the roadside, surrounded by bloodstains, so they opened them. Everyone was horrified to discover that the sacks contained many human body parts. However, the torso of the victim was missing.
According to local authorities, the body was found approximately 6-7 km from the Vietnam-China border. Upon receiving the report, the Cao Bang Provincial Police, in coordination with the Criminal Police Department and other professional units, investigated and clarified the cause of death of the 29-year-old man.
Authorities initially determined that the incident occurred between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on September 16th.
