Murder suspect identified, body chopped up and stuffed in sack
The Director of the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) said the investigation agency has identified the suspect who murdered someone in Cao Bang, then dismembered the body and put it in a sack.
On the evening of September 19, Major General Ho Sy Tien, Director of the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) said that authorities had found the missing body part of the man who died three days ago.

According to Bao Bang newspaper, at noon on September 16, Be Ich Hung (29 years old, living in Ban Co, Trieu Au commune, Phuc Hoa district, Cao Bang province) went fishing on the river. When he did not return home, his family went looking for him.
At 9pm that same day, people saw two sacks on the side of the road with blood stains around them so they opened them to see. Everyone was shocked to discover that the sacks contained many body parts. However, the victim's torso was missing.
According to local authorities, the body was found about 6-7 km from the Vietnam-China border. After receiving the news, Cao Bang Provincial Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department and other professional units to investigate the death of the 29-year-old man.
Initially, the authorities determined that the incident occurred between 11am and 4pm on September 16.
