Earlier, the Korean Institute for International Studies released a document on September 26 showing what it called Washington's nuclear crimes.
According to the institute, the criminal nature of Washington's nuclear policy can be seen most clearly in the US stance towards North Korea.
KCNA quoted the institute as emphasizing: "As long as the US exists on Earth, a world without nuclear weapons will be just a daydream and our planet will be peaceful only without US aggression. The more the US increases its nuclear threat, the more we will strengthen our nuclear power a hundred thousand times."
