Nghe An Provincial Youth Union elects new secretary.

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 15th, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union held its 11th meeting of the Executive Committee of the 16th term, 2012-2017.

Attending the event were representatives from the Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.

The conference discussed the removal of Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung, a member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee, member of the Provincial Party Committee, and Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, from the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee for the 2012-2017 term, as he was transferred by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to the position of Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh.

Also at this Conference, the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee elected Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - to the position of Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, 16th term, 2012-2017, with 100% of the votes.

Representatives from the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc congratulated Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee; former Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union - on his transfer to the position of Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee; Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh on his election as Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union; and several other members of the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee who have been transferred to other positions.

Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh, holding a Master's degree, was born in 1981 in Thanh Chuong. Prior to assuming the position of Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh worked at the Management Board of Hydropower Project 2; the People's Committee of Nghe An Province; from October 2012, he was elected to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; in December 2014, he held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Commander of the Youth Volunteer Force, and Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union's Inspection Committee.
