Nghe An Provincial Youth Union elects new secretary

(Baonghean.vn)- On October 15, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union held the 11th session of the Executive Committee, term XVI, 2012-2017.

Attending were representatives of the Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Sector.

The conference gave opinions on withdrawing the name of comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, from the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee for the 2012 - 2017 term, who was assigned by the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee.

Standing members of the Provincial Youth Union presented flowers to congratulate comrade Pham Tuan Vinh.

Also at this Conference, the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee elected comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union to hold the position of Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, term XVI, 2012-2017 with 100% of the votes.

Representatives of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee congratulated comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee; Former Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee, comrade Pham Tuan Vinh was elected to hold the position of Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, and a number of comrades of the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee were transferred to other jobs.

Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh, Master's degree, born in 1981 in Thanh Chuong. Before holding the position of Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh worked at the Management Board of Hydropower Project 2; People's Committee of Nghe An Province; from October 2012 he was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; in December 2014 he held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Commander of the Youth Volunteer Force, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union's Inspection Committee.
