Highlights of the new Cua Tien - Vinh Tan urban area
(Baonghean.vn) - During the recent heavy rains and floods, some new urban areas in Vinh City experienced flooding, significantly affecting the lives of residents. However, the Cua Tien - Vinh Tan New Urban Area, developed by Danatol Joint Stock Company, remained unaffected by flooding.

The Cua Tien - Vinh Tan New Urban Area project was previously located in a low-lying area, so when constructing the project, the investor conducted thorough surveys and research and carried out land leveling according to the latest planning of Vinh City.
In particular, the investor constructed a wastewater drainage system including concrete ditches with a total length of over 7,000m and hundreds of rainwater collection and odor control pits using Busadco's new technology of thin-walled reinforced concrete to protect the environment.
To ensure timely drainage in key areas of the urban development, the developer also constructed main drainage ditches 1.5 meters wide.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Phong, Sales Director of DANATOL Joint Stock Company, stated: “Along with strictly adhering to regulations on land leveling, the project has designed and invested in the construction of a comprehensive road system along with a drainage system. Regular dredging and clearing of the drainage system have also been organized, so even during heavy rains, there is no flooding. This is what sets the Cua Tien - Vinh Tan New Urban Area project apart from other real estate projects.”

The highlight of the new Cua Tien - Vinh Tan urban area is the complex of high-rise buildings combined with commercial and service areas and low-rise houses. The high-rise buildings are designed with open spaces harmoniously arranged with the surrounding landscape, creating an ideal relaxing living space for residents.
