(Baonghean.vn) - During the recent rainy and flooded days, flooding occurred in some new urban areas in Vinh City, greatly affecting people's lives, but the new urban area Cua Tien - Vinh Tan invested by Danatol Joint Stock Company was not flooded.

The Cua Tien - Vinh Tan New Urban Area project was previously a low-lying area, so when constructing the project, the investor surveyed, researched carefully and leveled the ground according to the latest planning of Vinh City.
In particular, the investor built a wastewater drainage system including concrete ditches with a total length of more than 7,000m and hundreds of rainwater collection and odor prevention pits using Busadco's new technology of manufacturing thin-walled reinforced concrete to protect the environment.
To meet the need for timely drainage in important locations in the urban area, the investor also built main ditches 1.5 m wide.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Phong - Sales Director of DANATOL Joint Stock Company said: “Along with strictly implementing the regulations on leveling the ground, when planning, the project has designed and invested in the construction of a synchronous traffic system with a drainage system. At the same time, regularly organize dredging and clearing the drainage system, so even when there are heavy rains, there is no flooding. This is the difference between the Cua Tien - Vinh Tan New Urban Area project and other real estate projects”.
